SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • After 24 hours from placing your order, no changes can be made to the shipping info.

  • After 24 hours, we can no longer cancel your order.

  • Orders take 5-10 days to process.

  • Tracking information is available once the processing stage is over.

  • You will be notified via email when your order has left our warehouse and is in transit. 

  • Once we turn over the package to the post office, we are no longer in charge of updating the status of the package, if you have any questions concerning the location of your package, please contact the courier directly.

*Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to show shipping progress.

In order to provide our customers with a variety of unique and specialty items, we do acquire many products from around the world. Many products are shipped from international sources, along with U.S. sources.

*All of our prices are in U.S. currency.

We at KayLovelyThings, are not responsible for any packages being sent to a not current address. After 24 hours of placing your order, you can no longer change any shipping information, please double check to make sure your address is correct. As we have no control of stopping or changing the course of the package after we have shipped it out.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe products products properly, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor/mobile device will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders can only be void within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, we can no longer cancel your order. If you receive your package and are unsatisfied once you return the package we will refund you your money and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. OR customer can choose to have the full value in store credit applied to a gift card. If you choose to be refunded through original method of your payment, please allow up to thirty days for your refund to be processed.

If you receive your item and it is faulty or damaged and you would like to return it, you have 3 days to contact us. After 3 days we will no longer allow any exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If you are eligible for a return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty days.

We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

  • "white marks" on our products

  • Proudct(s) being shipped to a not-current address

  • Orders which have been delivered for longer than 5 day period

  • Orders that are marked as delivered

  • Packaging that has been damaged, as we have no control over packages getting damaged in the mail, such as boxes getting squished

  • Any clothing that has been word, items not as appeared

  • Sale items can not be refunded

  • Customized shoes cannot be returned or exchanged

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the allotted time frame, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If you provided us with the incorrect address and the package is not returned to us we cannot issue you a refund.

If tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. KayLovelyThings does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered to the address you have provided us with.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products. 

​

If you are not satisfied with your product, or would like an exchange or refund, please contact us within 5 days after receiving your package. After the 5 day time frame, we can no longer exchange or refund you for your item. Please make sure you read all the item descriptions.
